The ASEAN winner in the match between Hanoi and Becamex Binh Duong will encounter Altyn Asyr (Turkmenistan) in the inter-zone semi-finals.
After identifying the winner, Hanoi or Becamex Binh Duong will play an inter-zone play-off semi-finals against Abahani Dhaka (Bangladesh) from South Asia, Altyn Asyr (Turkmenistan) from Central Asia and April 25 SC (Korea) from East Asia.
According to the draw, either Hanoi or Binh Duong will meet Altyn Asyr (Turkmenistan) on August 20 and 27. Meanwhile, Abahani Dhaka (Bangladesh) will face April 25 SC (North Korea) on August 21 and 28.
The two winning teams will play the inter-regional final in which the winner will meet one of the two teams that are West Asia zone champions Al Ahed FC (Lebanon) or Al Jazeera (Jordan) to win the final title - AFC Cup 2019.
The finals in ASEAN region between Hanoi and Binh Duong will follow 2-leg format on July 31 (Binh Duong stadium) and August 7 (Hanoi stadium).
Also in this afternoon, the AFC Champions League draw will be held. Kashima Antlers, Guangzhou Hang Dai, Shanghai Shanghai and Urawa Red Diamonds have reached the quarterfinals after overcoming the knockout stage in East Asian.
Meanwhile, the knockout stage in West Asia region will take place in August. 4 matches include Al Nassr FC vs Al Wahda FC, Al Ittihad Club vs Zobahan FC, Al Duhail SC and Al Sadd SC and Al Ahli Saudi FC vs Al Hilal FC.
The quarter-finals will kick off at the end of August and early September this year.
