Thể Thao 247 - In the latest training session on May 21, responding to Hello TV News, new Incheon United coach –Yoo Sang Cheoul pointed out Nguyen Cong Phuong’s strengths and weaknesses.
New Incheon United coach – Yoo Sang Cheoul, who was the most multiple-talented player of Korean, is being so confident on weighing up the team and creating an overhaul of the squad with his favorite style which is short passing along with central attacking.
In Yoo Sang Cheoul’s opinion, taking failure right on his debut to the team was not too bad. He wants to prove that Incheon is bringing the new football which will be thrive better.
When being asked about the form of Vietnam NT’s striker – Nguyen Cong Phuong, Yoo Sang Cheoul frankly indicated the striker’s standouts and weaknesses. The coach is satisfied with Cong Phuong regarding his ability to interact with his teammates which was the most clearly showed in over 20 minutes of the 1-2 loss to Daegu.

‘Phuong is a great player, he has good technical and physical backgrounds but his ability to communicate with his teammates is not really good. Remember that the interaction between players on the pitch is the most important thing to operate tactics. I think it is Phuong's biggest weakness. If he can communicate better with his teammates, I firmly believe will that he will be used more.’
Yoo Sang Cheoul is the third coach of Cong Phuong since he moved to Korea to start his football under Korean team.
In the last match, he was tested for midfielder role. Though he sometimes could not keep up with his teammates, he still scored a point on the coach by monumentally disputing, moving back deeply to support for the defending.
Vietnamese football fans are all waiting for Cong Phuong’s first goal in Korean land as well as for the new features in Incheon Utd’s style.
