Recently, the VFF disciplinary committee has announced the decision to sanction violations at the 13th round of V.League 2019, in which Hai Phong and Quang Ninh fans used the flares sticks.
At round 13 V.League 2019, Quang Ninh FC defeated Hai Phong 4-2 on Cua Ong field.
The offensive behavior of the fans caused the Vietnam Football Federation disciplinary committee to issue disciplinary decisions to Hai Phong and Quang Ninh clubs. Specifically, each team had to pay a fine of VND 20 million.
Decision No. 284 / QD-LDBDVN:
- Fine Quang Ninh 20 million VND (Twenty million Vietnamese Dong) due to the occurrence of fireworks in the stadium during the match between Quang Ninh and Hai Phong round 13 V-League, on 16/6/2019 on Cua Ong stadium, Quang Ninh.
Decision No. 285 / QD-LDBDVN:
- Fine Hai Phong Football Club VND 20,000,000 (Twenty million Vietnamese Dong) due to the occurrence of club fans burning fireworks in the stadium during the match between Quang Ninh and Hai Phong Coal Football Clubs in round 13, June 16, 2019 on Cua Ong stadium, Quang Ninh.
In addition, the VFF disciplinary committee also sanctioned Nam Ha Nam Dinh Football Club 20,000,000 VND as the audiences threw water bottles and objects into the stadium in the match between Duoc Nam Ha Nam Dinh and SHB Da Nang.
