The draw for men's football has been rescheduled, according to an official letter from Southeast Asia (SEA) Games organizers.
The draw, slated for Thursday, will be delayed until October 15, when Vietnam takes on Indonesia in their 2022 World Cup qualifier.
Vietnam U22 is in Pot 3 with Myanmar while hosts Philippines and defending champs Thailand are grouped in Pot 1. Pot 2 includes Malaysia and Indonesia.
The SEA Games men’s football matches will take place between Nov 25 and Dec 10 in the Philippines, with 11 teams divided in two groups. The respective group winners and the two runners up will head to the semifinals.
